Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Beleza Balloons. By booking our services, clients agree to the following policies and terms. Booking & Payments * Payment is required to secure your booking. * Event dates are not guaranteed until payment is received. * Remaining balances must be paid before setup begins. Cancellation Policy * Cancellations made within 3 months of the event date will result in 30% of the total payment being retained to cover materials, planning, and reservation costs. * No refunds will be issued after setup begins. Rescheduling * Events may be rescheduled based on availability. * New dates are not guaranteed until confirmed by Beleza Balloons. Balloon & Setup Policy * Balloon décor is temporary and may naturally deflate or pop. * Outdoor setups may be affected by weather conditions. * Clients must provide a safe and clean setup area. Rental Equipment Policy Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, theft, stains, or misuse of rental equipment during the event. Damage fees include: * Photo Booth: $1,500 * Bounce House: $400 * Arch Stand: $200 * Cake Stand: $200 Additional repair or replacement fees may apply. Bounce House Safety * Adult supervision is required at all times. * Shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, face paint, silly string, and pets are not allowed inside the bounce house. * Beleza Balloons is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse or lack of supervision. Delivery * Delivery fees may apply depending on location. * Someone 18 or older must be present during delivery and pickup. Liability Beleza Balloons is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages after setup is completed. By booking, clients agree to all policies listed above. Photo Release Beleza Balloons may use photos of setups for social media and marketing unless requested otherwise in writing.
